P&A are a family business started in February 1995 by Allan Davies and Paul Davies. Back in the day the business operated block lorry and freight transport before specialising in Road Sweeping Services, an area both had worked in previously. Taking the plunge, they bought one sweeper, building over the years and now operate a fleet of 20.
